Overall Satisfaction with Miro

It helps us to workshop ideas for how we'll work as a team on certain projects and it helps us to develop strategies by allowing many colleagues to feedback at once.
  • Allows participation from an unlimited number of people.
  • Post it notes are great for sharing ideas.
  • Good for ideas based remote working which our team does a lot.
  • It's a shame you have to pay for the timer and music now - we don't get to use this anymore as we're on the free version.
  • It could be useful for Miro to have some kind of dot voting system on post-its. I know you can add smileys but if people were able to vote on posts it's they'd like to discuss/speak to that would be good.
  • More simple templates. We never use complicated templates. If there were more templates of a simpler nature it would encourage us to use them more and think more creatively in our work.
Pretty easy apart from when too many people join and it starts moving a lot slower. Some people found it difficult to draw when we tried to play Pictionary as a team (the pen starts off tiny).
Not sure what you mean by the ease of integration so marked 6 as Miro is generally good.
Yes, it's been really helpful as we are mainly remote working at the moment, but also after the pandemic.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Not sure

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

We haven't really used anything else.
Well suited:
- Workshops with colleagues (up to maybe 30 then it starts crashing).
- Teams giving feedback on strategy -stop, start, continue type feedback.
- What is working well/what can be improved feedback.
- What should this procurement contract include feedback.
- The kind of situations where there is lots of feedback and lots of open questions.

Less well-suited:
- Workshops with members of the public (not accessible or intuitive enough, unfortunately).
