Miro is an optional tool, anyone can use it.

Pros and Cons

Is an interactive tool.
Their designs are very striking.
Has many templates that help you to have ideas.
It's intuitive.

Must have more speed when loading everything.
It should be more friendly with the cursor, I have many friends who have a problem with that.
Make it easier to load images.
Must have more font colors and letter styles.

Return on Investment

I can't answer this question, but I guess in this pandemic stage, Miro helped us try to find another way to interact.

Implementation Rating

Could be to make the tool even easier to use and more intuitive, thinking of those who are not good at handling applications. Thinking about even a child and an adult person can use it.

Ease of Integration

For me, it's not complicated to use Miro, but I found that some colleagues are afraid to use it. Because they don't know how to use it.

Has impacted a lot My team is very small, and when I present something in Miro they are fascinated.

Miro is well suited when one person is presenting and already knows how to use the tool. But it is less appropriate when I want to make activities because some colleagues are not familiar with it, and they have trouble trying to sing in or they don't understand how to use it.

I love Miro, but definitely it can improve
