Overall Satisfaction with Miro

I used Miro for my Design Methods Course at UW Seattle. I used it to organize my design project as well as use it to use as a virtual workspace for my group project. Miro allows for users to collaborate in person as well as working virtually, which addresses having to work in a work environment that is mostly virtual these days due to Covid. For my college course, using Miro allowed for my group to work in class and as well as making it much easier to work outside of the classroom.
  • Easy to use features
  • real-time collaboration
  • Allows for flexible work schedule
  • Can get cluttered if too many people are on the same board
  • A little difficult to format text
  • I had a small issue of loading some images but it might have been an internet issue
  • Improved productivity
  • reduced project completion time
  • Easier time collaborating
I was very satisfied with Miro and how intuitive it was. It was very easy to use and I had very little to no issues trying to figure out how to use the various features of Miro.
As stated before, Miro was very easy to use and not much learning needed to be done to learn how to use Miro.
I was able to work on Miro from the comfort of my home as well as work in person in the classroom. In both environments, Miro was very helpful in keeping my projects organized.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

Yes

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

I used Miro as a supplement to Figma. I don't believe the projects are exactly comparable but I will say that it took me longer to learn how to use Figma over Miro.
Miro is really good for collaboration between a handful of people. However, I believe that when the number of people passes a certain threshold, it becomes hard to focus on the tasks at hand. (In my case, it was around 70 people)
