Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We use Miro to plan projects, develop ideas, and create presentations as a team. For example, a team board is used to share examples and work on the project. It allows us to make edits and updates in real-time. Virtual presentations are made a lot easier using this.
  • Real-time updates seen by the whole team
  • Easy presentation making tool
  • Great for developing ideas from start to final presentation
  • Team brainstorming
  • More templates
  • Would be good to be usable without internet access
  • More editing tools for images etc.
  • A whole project scope can be seen in one place.
  • Improved team collaboration
  • Quicker project turnaround
Easy to share between team members. Due to the ease of Miro team members can easily pick up how to use the software and contribute. Easy to create separate teams for separate projects and also share multiple boards. No limit on the number of boards which means work can be split easily.
Simple to understand meaning it can be easily used straightaway. The tools are also straightforward and intuitive. The small videos and web page also add to the ease. Team members can easily learn how to use the software. Can be sometimes difficult on a tablet or mobile and is better on a large screen depending on the amount of content.
Miro has been really useful especially during the pandemic when the teams were working from home. Anyone anywhere had access to the bleats and could edit and update in real-time. This has made working online where normally it would be a studio situation particularly useful. Group work has been incredibly improved by Miro.

Miro is well suited for team-based projects where there is a lot of information that everyone needs access to. It allows multiple types of files to be uploaded and easily seen in one place without the need to download numerous files. Note-making is also useful - team members can make comments easily.
