Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We use it in many stages of product development, from brainstorms during ideation, where we have different teams: healthcare professionals and business development, marketing/CRM, operations interact using Miro as a space to exchange ideas. It is easy to use, visually appealing, and easy to organize once the brainstorming chaos has ceased!

  • Brainstorming
  • Prioritization matrix.
  • Mapping ecosystem relations web.
  • Access
  • Alignment
  • Exporting to pdf or ppt.
  • Uniformity of POD materials.
  • Improved productivity of PODs because avoids PPT slides.
I did not oversee implementation, most of my team already used it, we just got our licenses approved and started rollout. We formerly used other tools and a more traditional PMO model on Excel, so it was a great evolution. Many people adapt easily to Miro, some struggle a bit more, but it is expected given we are a big traditional Health Care company.
Very easy to integrate, very user-friendly, very aesthetically pleasing. I think Miro is becoming the norm when it comes to product management, I have observed many different teams use it and thrive. Productivity has definitely improved, and my team is pleased to leave a lot of spreadsheets and PowerPoint decks behind.
I have been remote since the beginning of the pandemic, in April 2020, and as of right now, I haven't met many of my 40+ area colleagues. Miro has helped us with training, brainstorms, and even team-building activities, which were equally as important during a time that made it so hard to make human connections.
