Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We use Miro for process diagraming in an effort to optimise the various workstreams and processes we have constructed internally for a variety of projects/functions. We also use Miro when we want to brainstorm or share ideas with teams who are working remote or cannot join in person for an in-person session or discussion.

Pros

  • Flexible diagrams.
  • Live input from remote participants.
  • Real time updates.

Cons

  • Loading time on slow connections.
  • Onboarding of features for new users.
  • Pricing.
  • Improved productivity.
  • Improved collaboration.
We did not have any official implementation of Miro, but rather organically adopted the software when multiple people in the team or organisation wanted to start using the tool. There were no real integrations that required special support or build. Overall this was a very smooth SaaS platform that required little setup or configuration outside of getting people logins.
It was very easy to integrate Miro into our existing tech stack and most integrations into Miro were accomplished with a simple click and drop, or one-time access approvals to connect data or work streams into Miro. This was very simple and straightforward, completed by teams that were not very tech-savvy.
Miro was very easy to set up and enable teams to start using because the barrier to entry was low, with very easy-to-use UX and high usability that was intuitive to most people without formal training or lesson. This dramatically improved how quickly we were able to start using Miro with remote teams.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

Yes

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

Overall, Miro is especially well suited for situations where we need to outline or diagram a process with multiple components and parts to the flow. Miro then allows us to fully capture the different components in a single document / diagram, but also allows different participants to add in and comment on the same source of truth.
