Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Miro is my go-to for most things - when I think to brainstorm, create a journey, or see all the info I have - it helps me see everything from a holistic view, and then I can zoom in!! Mind Mapping, SWOT analysis, journey mapping.. so many options!
  • Access to so many templates.
  • Platform to bring people together and co-create.
  • Table functionality.
  • Background colors instead of having a shape with color, as other shapes on top are not quite right.
  • It allows me to have all the thoughts in one place and reduces the time I need to go hunting for docs hidden in a folder somewhere; I can also link multiple docs/thoughts together, showing the impact, which I cannot do in any other platform.
Found it easy - would love to integrate more products if the company would allow it.
Able to have meaningful sessions when virtual - reduce need to travel, positive impact on co2 emissions, and able to get more done ALTHOUGH would be nice to have some f2f meetings too.

Most suited - virtual meetings for brainstorming and sharing ideas and concepts. Managing projects (wish I could use it more for this) Less appropriate - struggle when users don't know how to use it at random meetings or events. It can be a nit tricky to get used to it, and sometimes a simple post-it note session may not be ideal, BUT I still prefer Miro. Sometimes I don't want to have to share my whole board with someone/people, and that can be a challenge cos then I need to copy the info into another board which makes it challenging.
