Overall Satisfaction with Miro

I use it to draw and explain complex information, and situation to internal and external parties, with the main objective of improving Data Quality.

Pros

  • Diagramming
  • Export in PDF.
  • Online Webinars or Training.
  • Mindmaps and Templates.
  • Easy to drag and Content to the board.

Cons

  • More Integrations with MS365, especially MS Powerpoint.
  • I'd like to have the Company master slides and templates in Miro.
  • The Miro Activities feature I find a bit hard to use.
  • Integration with Business Objects and having data automatically refreshed and updated.
  • Reduce Time, especially in HLS High-level resolution phase.
  • Get IT projects better prioritized.
  • Obtain Alignment from different Stakeholders a lot faster.
At The moment, not that much because not every user has an account, and at the same time, the organization is launching MS365, so the launch of Miro is delayed on hold. We need more integration tools with MS365 and communicate the differences between MS 365 whiteboard and Miro. Everybody will have access to MS 365 Whiteboard at no cost intrinsic additional cost.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

I love Miro to draw, in simple terms, very complex situations and or to explain the different topics to all stakeholders. I wish I could place live reports in Miro where the different KPIs are refreshed automatically; I also wish more colleagues knew to use the tool so they can collaborate and place their ideas as well. I love Miro to create PPTs and share content with colleagues and external Parties.
