Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We use it to run innovation programs. Also used for keeping track of different projects with input from various teams. It helps address the requirements for multi-disciplinary projects and helps with ease of access. We generally hold meetings with ~10 users all on the board interacting with it etc., this makes it a great tool for keeping the team engaged and focused on the task at hand.
  • Multiple user access.
  • Voting, polling.
  • Organizational tools.
  • Sometimes hard to move around the board.
  • Always have issues accessing previous boards (finding them).
  • Keep moving stuff unintentionally.
  • Don't have hard numbers, but project engagement has improved.
  • Time streamlined with multi-user access.
  • Labor shortened with miro voting rather than emailing etc.
Yes, this is the reason why it's so great. We have multiple projects running on Miro and even started using it for inter-company (in same location) projects. The ability to drop in and out of projects is great and lets you contribute more to each project on your own time and in your own location!

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Not sure

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

I was not involved in Miro selection or integration, but I'm sure that due diligence was done. Miro gives great versatility, and the training was straightforward. I feel like Miro has a lot of unused potential; perhaps there could be bite-size tutorials on how to utilize it to the maximum.
Well suited: If running a project like an innovation project where input from many people is required. You can have activities in different areas on the miro board and move through the activities to get the best out of the participants and the projects. Less appropriate: For smaller projects, Miro can sometimes take a while to load and can seem a bit too 'clunky' for small projects. But sharing your work with other people is still beneficial.
