Overall Satisfaction with Miro

I use Miro to facilitate meetings, elicitation sessions, capture notes, and plan roadmaps. I use it heavily for any IT Business Analysis work, a lot of which requires collaboration. Miro has prebuilt templates for almost any IT-BA task, whether it's dependency planning, risk log, root cause analysis, brainstorming, etc. Also, there are community templates that are even more powerful and simple to use sometimes, such as product charters, requirements workshops, etc. I love the ease of use of Miro as it helps me get organized, and the tasks/templates I listed earlier are common IT-BA tasks, and Miro is excellent for them. You can find a template for almost any IT-BA task in Miro! I would highly recommend Miro to all IT-BAs out there who want to bring creativity to their work and leverage new techniques or reuse existing techniques in new ways!!

Miro is excellent for brainstorming, facilitation, note taking, process mapping and diagramming. It is optimized for presentations and facilitates easy collaboration between various users.
