Overall Satisfaction with monday.com
Monday.com is used across our entire organisation, from project management, training & onboarding, to content scheduling and planning. It serves many purposes for our entire business, and it meets the needs of all departments that use it in entirely different ways. We manage over 600 buildings globally, which means an extensive amount of information is required, and Monday.com boards not only allow us to see everything that we need to, but it also allows us to view boards in a dashboard for an instant snapshot of global performance across a number of board types.
- monday.com integrations are absolutely fantastic! Lots to choose from, and I especially love the ability to now also have a form format (as well as integrate with JotForm), because it makes information capture quick and easy.
- The automations on monday.com are so helpful. They keep board members accountable, but also make sure that things are not missed or forgotten.
- There are so many columns to choose from to make it easy to adapt a board to really suit your needs. I also really enjoy the "last updated" column which provides visibility of who's been interacting with tasks.
- Archiving boards means that they archive for everyone, which can be a little frustrating if you have far too many boards and want to clear out your folders, but you don't want them to be removed for anyone else.
- The inbox really doesn't work well. There is no way to select all and perform an operation with multiple inbox items - and if you have hundreds of boards, then it can mean thousands of updates over the years! I don't use the inbox at all for this reason.
- The My Week function behaves similarly to the Inbox, so if it's flooded, it's impossible to use.
- Time saving.
- Simpler project management.
- Visibility of workloads.
I've used monday.com for about 5 years now (when it was originally dapulse), and I can only remember one time during that entire period that the platform was down. It's incredibly reliable, and I don't think I've come across any bugs with the platform at all. Always works as designed.
