We use monday.com for a variety of issues we were facing on construction projects. We use monday.com as a tracking tool for equipment and machinery, assisting with scheduling, storing contact information, and tracking progress and costs from the bid phase of a project to turnover. It helped mitigate many of the communication gaps that are common on a construction site.

I believe monday.com is an easy-to-use system. At first, it is overwhelming, but once you are able to start creating boards, it comes to users fairly quickly. Even users who struggle with computers have had success with monday.com.
I personally haven't had any experience contacting customer support but have had other people in our organization reach out. They were quick to respond and delivered the support that we needed.
Our organization has had no issues with monday.com being down. Features and the app work as designed and have always been up and running when we needed them.

The awesome thing about monday.com is that it can be tailored to your needs. We were hesitant at first, being a larger electrical contractor, but found ways to benefit our organization using the platform. I truly believe that any organization can utilize monday.com and it will have an immediate impact.
