Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

  • Increased employee adoption certainly.

  • We maybe rely on it too much actually!
We use monday.com across the whole organization. We use it predominantly as a planning tool but also incorporate it into our budget/scheduling processes. It has helped us become more organized and focused. Because everybody has access we're able to use it collaboratively remotely. I don't think we could operate without it!
  • It is very intuitive.
  • I'm always discovering plug-ins and ways to do things.
  • The support is very good.
  • I think a better pricing model is needed. We find it a bit expensive.
  • More training videos would be useful.
  • A more slimline mobile approach would be welcome.
It's very user-friendly and I love the templates. There is always one or two that I find and realize we need.

That said, I think there could be more training/how-to videos. I'd appreciate a Beginners Guide through to a Power User Guides. It's sometimes hard to find the answer to a particular problem.
We've always found the personal support very good.
As described previously, it had matched our expectations and has certainly helped increase our productivity.

Best suited to an organization such as a creative agency with multiple projects and stakeholders. I've seen it used before in a small agency and they were just using it as a spreadsheet calculator!

Not suited/too expensive for teams smaller than 5 people I think. Once the staff count goes above that then monday.com comes into its own.
