We use monday.com across the whole organization. We use it predominantly as a planning tool but also incorporate it into our budget/scheduling processes. It has helped us become more organized and focused. Because everybody has access we're able to use it collaboratively remotely. I don't think we could operate without it!
- It is very intuitive.
- I'm always discovering plug-ins and ways to do things.
- The support is very good.
- I think a better pricing model is needed. We find it a bit expensive.
- More training videos would be useful.
- A more slimline mobile approach would be welcome.
As described previously, it had matched our expectations and has certainly helped increase our productivity.
