Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use monday.com to manage all of our projects for internet and telecom builds. Very simple UI with the ability to add bots and automation that can make workflow much easier and streamlined. The ability to share 'boards' with customers is helpful to, so if you wish to keep them filled in at the exact status of their project, you can.

Usability

Really easy and user intuitive, who ever did UX on this project did a fantastic job. Building your first board is easy, and only gets easier to manage them.

Support Rating

Have only had to contact CS a few times because generally it just works how you'd expect, but they have a super fast response time on the times I have needed to contact them, and generally they even have video ready for the question you're going to ask them.

Reliability & Availability

Simply put, it works exactly how you would expect it to work, it can be complex, but all things considered, the product idea is simple, and it works simply. You don't have to have experience in management, design or really anything to hit the ground running on monday.com.
