Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

We need to keep projects organized among a team of remote workers. monday.com helps me manage tasks associated with webinars, our content calendar, and even my maternity leave. I literally use this all day every day to keep all of our marketing efforts organized and to help each team member know who is doing what, and when.

  • Helps manage and create a content plan.
  • Subitems are clunky.
  • Making a task recurring is a PIA!!
  • It definitely helps us with communication, which saves us all time.
  • Setting up projects is a breeze, which again, saves time.
It's really easy to get up and running with monday.com. Their project templates are inspiring but also easily editable. You can make this software work for so many different kinds of use cases. You can keep it simple with just a task list, or you can get more complex with some of their complex project templates and views.
I don't have anything negative to report. I've asked support for help a couple of times with setting up automation, and they got back to me quickly. Their automation have a ways to go as far as usability goes, but the support staff helped me as best they could. Nothing bad to say.
Monday.com has not had any downtime since we started using it. It's reliable and has a beautiful design, which makes you want to use it more. I also appreciate the usability on mobile. You can check on tasks from your phone or tablet app which is handy and nice. Loving it.

Monday.com is perfect for keeping project tasks organized. I use it specifically for blog content planning, but I've also helped another company set it up for managing tasks within specific projects, like organizing a company holiday party. It's ideal for getting all of those little tasks down and assigning people to them so nothing gets forgotten or falls through the cracks.
