Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

To organize time and project management, as well as assign people to tasks and take care of internal administration (leave, grocery bills, etc). It's the platform for most interactions that aren't purely conversational-based - for that we use Microsoft Teams. Generally, we use Monday daily and have it open in the background.

It's generally very intuitive, although an easier search function would be desirable, to find tasks quickly. Currently, nothing of the sort exists. That said though it does mainly rely on simply jotting notes and any additional fields are clearly labeled for being filled in. All of which makes it a fairly responsible application.
I've never had to use customer support for Monday, so I am not best placed to answer this question. We've had no entry problems on the application and no data lost, so the amount of support needed is very minimal. All of which makes it less of a headache to use.

We generally use it to run through all client tasks on Monday, as part of our early-week roundup, which helps the team figure out what we need to do, what is completed, and where any hold-ups are. Monday is particularly good for getting through that list quickly and concisely.
