Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

We use monday.com to delegate tasks amongst our staff. This is especially helpful when our managers or business owners need to work from home, and can quickly put a task up and assign it to the correct person or people. monday.com has improved our communication among staff in the midst of projects. It is easy to find where one person left off and another person can pick up the project pretty easily.

  • A room reservation system would be an interesting feature.
  • Publishing Social Media posts from the monday.com scheduler if possible?

monday.com is very customizable to fit different business needs. Our business mainly uses monday.com for task delegation and project management. The different boards keep us organized in each manner we need for different projects. Delegating tasks to specific people has helped us keep track of who is doing what and when. Being able to leave a status update also has been very beneficial in our internal communication.
If we have ever had an issue, it gets resolved within an hour or explained in a professional but easy to understand way. We've only had a few days over the year when monday.com has been down completely, and it is always up and running within a few hours. Customer support and monday.com as a software are very reliable.
All of the features we have access to are pretty self explanatory. With a little researching and trial and error, we can get the different features to perform how we need them to work for our business and communication style. We have had a positive experience with all of the features we have access to. Every time there is a beta feature out or something new to try, everyone in office is excited to see how it works and if it fits our needs.

monday.com is really great for task-driven projects. It is easy to communicate when there are clear steps or protocols put into place that already exist. monday.com would be more difficult to use for a project that's more problem-solving-based or where there is not a clear protocol to follow.
