Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

monday.com is basically used for collating requirements from customers and then prioritizing and tracking them end to end. We use this to maintain product backlog in different aspects of the product/ domains for which we have created different buckets/ categories in monday.com. The main business problem monday.com solves is maintaining and prioritizing the Product Backlog and tagging it appropriately and also to the right Customer Organizations. It is very easy to use and track in monday.com. So the scope is entering, managing and tracking the Product Backlog by putting in the validated customer requirements from field team in monday.com.
  • Capturing requirements.
  • Maintaining product backlog.
  • Prioritizing items.
  • Tracking statutes of requirements.
  • Adding comments and additional details.
  • Automating redundant tasks.
  • Integration with collaborative/ productive platforms.
  • Performance at some times.
  • Improving CSAT by prioritizing Customer requirements in a Release.
It is easy to use and doesn't require much training to use the tool as it is intuitive.
Great customer support, never had an issue.
Overall it has been a very easy-to-use and intuitive tool. It is also easy to learn and doesn't require any training to deploy unlike others in the market. User experience is great and workflows are simple. This impacted a lot for the Product Field Team to gather and prioritize Customer requirements and tracking it till delivery. I will recommend monday.com anytime to anyone!
