Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

Working in marketing, I have multiple projects going on at once and monday.com helps me stay on top of all of them. I use monday.com to track the progress of each project, keep others updated on projects, schedule training and time off, plan out long term assignments and goals, and plan my day-to-day tasks.

Pros

  • to do list
  • scheduling of tasks
  • planning - day to day, week to week, month to month, quarter to quarter, and year to year.

Cons

  • more colors - have the ability to add custom colors to labels
  • more options with the calendar (minimize weekends, more layouts, more options)
  • productivity is greatly inproved
  • new board set-up is very easy
  • planning is improved
  • communications between team members is much better
monday.com is very easy to use. I am not the most tech savvy person in our department and I am about to create boards, plan, track task very easily.
never used customer support.
Overall monday.com is the work management software that I have gotten the most out of.

We were updating our website and I was tasked with getting information from each of our 45 locations. monday.com allowed me to keep track of emails sent, who responded, and what information was updated and when. It also allowed me to update my manager on the progress.

monday.com & Collaboration

Being in marketing, we work on multiple projects all the time. Weather its social media, brochures, proposals, presentations, tradeshow material, or webinars monday.com keeps it all organized and on track. With our marketing group spread out across the country, monday.com allows each of us to see what each other is working on, and what is needed by each person to finish the project.
For project management, I would give monday.com a 10. It allows a person to track a project from start to finish, and every step in between. You are allowed to create as many steps as you need to track your progress along the way and modify your procedures accordingly.
I gave monday.com a 10 because since I started using it, I have been able to see my progress on projects, get more done, and control my time better.
