Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

Our Global Marketing team uses monday.com for event and asset management. We are involved in over 75 events a year with complex management requirements.

The intuitive and colorful design of monday.com is why we chose it over its top competitor. We have had no issues onboarding team members who have never used project management software. We can quickly build new templates, aligning the team on all project types. Our users also appreciate that they can configure their dashboard and project views how it best suits them and it does not impact the project structure for other users.
We have not had to use the support feature to date. The online forum and knowledge base are beneficial. There are also many video tutorials to help new and seasoned users learn something new or solve a problem. I highly recommend joining the monday.com forum if you are trying to set up a new feature or automation for your projects.
In the four years of using monday.com, I have only experienced one outage. We rely heavily on monday.com for our offsite and onsite event management. The uptime and consistent performance is critical for our operations. Having a mobile version of monday.com is also a big part of our reason to stay with the platform.

monday.com is excellent for having a globally dispersed team coordinate on complex projects. The option of the app version has been a live saver during event installations when we are on the show floor with just our phones to manage an event. I have also used it personally for smaller projects and found it practical even for solopreneurs. The Enterprise version may be too high of a price point for smaller companies, but the security and guest permission options are vital if you are working with outside agencies.
