Overall Satisfaction with monday.com
We use monday.com to act as our CRM, our project management tool for all events we host, as well as our day to day planning of tasks for each department and management of client comms and onboarding. As a business we rely heavily on monday.com for end-to-end tracking - where there are the likes of Salesforce and HubSpot and other CRM systems, monday.com has multiple integrations into other platforms and services we use such as Typeform and ActiveCampaign, and really does make it easier for the seamless management of all of our clients, their quotes and bookings as well as all of our admin that's involved into the running of Share to Buy.

- The ability to set up more automations with Outlook that involve branding on emails would be great, rather than just simple plain-text emails from the main integration centre
- Ability to allow more functionality for when uploading excel documents, such as bringing in formulas already set on spreadsheets
- More training to be available on how to use the sales dashboards and building these to suit custom purposes.
- Allowed us to track our client spend levels and our overall financial figures in a clearer and concise way from sales of specific products and services, where this previously wasn't monitored
- Time saved on chasing internal team members or asking questions has drastically dropped due to integration with Teams and the use of the speech bubbles for updates to keep everything in one place for all comms
- Planning for our future events has become a lot easier thanks to employee assignments and the deadline tracking from the automations
We've only ever encountered an issue with monday.com once where the servers were down, and we were out for 5 minutes max. It's performance is always elite, and very rarely do we ever come across issues where we're affected for more than a minute. Using monday.com as our work management software has been one of the best decisions we've made for how smooth it works, how easily it integrates with other channels and how quick the load time is overall across the platform.
