Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use monday.com to organize all of our projects and tasks. Our production team uses the My Work feature to meet deadlines and work through tasks on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. We also utilize the Social Media boards to complete monthly social media work. One thing that we need is to be able to create a dashboard with more than 20 boards without upgrading our plan.

I agree that monday.com is easy-to-use, intuitive website. I love the use of bright colors to make statuses easy to understand and, generally, fun to look at. It does integrate with the productivity tools we prefer to use. I rated monday.com a 10 for overall usability. We love monday.com!

I rated monday.com an 8 for 24/7 customer support and fast response times from a real person. I've had to reach out to ask questions to the monday.com customer support team a handful of times and have received beneficial and effective responses. The owners of our company have also had good experiences with the monday.com team.

Reliability & Availability

Overall performance of monday.com in terms of features working as designed and reliability or uptime are up to par. The only complaint I have is we don't get any advance notice on days that there is planned maintenance. It would be nice to receive an email so we can plan for downtime.
