Overall Satisfaction with monday.com
Ok, so the monday.com product for me is excellent in simply helping to be the glue to hold vital information data about my activities in sales. I can be confident in staying organized and remembering tasks that could easily get forgotten over the busy weeks and months of business activity.
- Helping me and our team with having organized project sections that are specifically focused on that task and making sure we all stay on task.
- For me just quick access to data found in various locations within monday.com that makes it easy and painless to grab and disseminate to those who need to know.
- I like the simple to use interface in adding data, it works really well for me.
- I would like to see a conversion tool that is easier to move data from one area within monday.com to another area as the client becomes a customer.
- When I started with Sim-Tech, I needed a product right away that I could utilize for pouring information into that allowed me to get up to speed very quickly, monday.com allowed for that to happen and it has been incredibly valuable in have banner sales years in 2022 and 2023 and I think for years to come.
- Trade show planning and organization has been made much easier with monday.com.
- Of course for us here at Sim-Tech the warranty renewal data is vital to keep track of and monday.com has taken care of that very important process.
Uptime has been fantastic, with no issues. Haven't had any real issues with features being skunky or problematic up to this point. So, I am very happy!
