Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

I use monday.com everyday in my work, as it is very helpful tool to ease my workflo0w and it helps me a lot with its diverse features and integration through the work. I use it for easier task monitoring, communicating with the team mates, tracking and keeping the all the records and monitoring deadlines, so I don't miss them.

the integrated AI in monday.com do its thing and work very smoothly, as it has very intuitive interface, easier for integration and the features and option to customize the columns of our preference, to set them for the purpose of our need, is very easy. I like the monday.com, how purposeful it is and user friendly.
the fact that the monday.com is offering its users to support them for 24/7 is truly amazing and appreciated, as it is used from all over the world and the support team has definitely considered this.
I like the features that monday.com has and tha it is offering various feauters. however, there is some features I would love to have, such as having the feature to see when the person has seen the update, also, the time and date if they had been written directly of the update.

I would definitely recommended monday.com to my friends, as it has been the best helpful platform to have everything in a single platform and have different boards with different purposes, communicating with team, introducing them with updates and keeping them to see it later for reminders. also setting the deadlines, so we don't miss any special date and everything would be on track.
