Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

I use monday.com to track project development from bidding, to billing. I use the CRM, and I also use it for asset acquisition. I track PO's for equipment needs, I track job status, assign crews, and keep historical records for types of projects, revenue, and crew utilization. I did research back in college on PM software, and monday.com was who all of my research pointed to, so when it came to finding a software to assist me in my business' day t- day, its MONDAY every day!

  • I manually set up all of our boards, and can have personal boards away from my team as well.
I am not a "techy" person, and I adamantly use monday.com, I set up the boards for my guys, and I use them every single day of the week. monday.com scores a 10 because they made it easy for me to be successful.
I have asked questions, I have gotten answers. I haver been in TEAMS/ ZOOM meetings with developers to assist in anything that I have need help with. Even to the point of trying to design our own type of software that would benefit our business better.
Everything works as intended. Everything is customizable, EVERYTHING, if you want to change a color, do it. If you want to change the size or words of something... You can. But it is not overwhelming for anyone to the point of there being too much to do. Use the templates, customize them to fit your needs. Learn what helps and then streamline into your own boards. Its pretty simple.
monday.com has the only interface that is 100% customizable, can use public and private boards, can be shared with customers, produce Gantt charts, and has THE MOST integrations "in house". The professional relationships that monday.com has established to be "on board" with integrating shows that monday.com listens to its users, and implements changes within its business based on the needs.

Specifically this software is made to allow 1 manager to track what 3 or 4 managers normally would. Reminders are simple to set so that you can check back on whatever requires your attention allowing someone to multi task throughout their day. I have however, found that billing/ invoicing, and bidding are still going to be something that I am needing to spend particular attention to. We tried to meet with some developers within the monday.com group and it was more of a "round peg/ square hole" scenario.
