Overall Satisfaction with NetSuite ERP

We use NetSuite to manage all our data from multiple platforms. We needed a centralized platform to manage financials, inventory, transaction data, and more. NetSuite is great for that as it is a large sandbox that allows customization to for your needs. We have integrated multiple channels such as Shopify, Amazon, eBay, and various other apps and services that we use.

NetSuite is very flexible and allows for a lot of customization to fit your business. The uptime is 99.99% with very few downtimes that are short when they do happen. All your data is in one place which saves a lot of time and money due to not needing to pay for and bounce between a million different platforms.
The support responds swiftly, however, in some cases they need too much information to even proceed with cases. Sometimes issues happen intermittently and it is hard to get the errors to happen again on a live call, if you are unable to reproduce the issue in front of the support rep, they cannot proceed with investigations. Screenshots and videos are not sufficient, unfortunately.
NetSuite is well suited for companies needing a centralized platform for all their data. If you have multiple channels and services that are not interconnected, NetSuite helps with that. If you are a small company that does not have a lot of channels or data, NetSuite might be a bit overkill.
