Overall Satisfaction with NetSuite ERP

I use NetSuite ERP for financial planning and analysis, monitoring certain KPIs and executing cost adjustments and pulling data out to run more detailed analyses and calculations to make strategic decisions.
  • Ease of access to data and reporting
  • agility in processing updates
  • user restrictions based on role as well as user account
  • In my opinion, some processes are too calculation heavy and it causes some reports to load slowly
  • I believe some areas can not be customized and could propose a security risk
  • In my experience, sometimes when we process inventory revaluations there are unexpected adjustments that are made
  • Since custom suite-lets can be developed it makes the system very flexible so we can execute a variety of operations that we could not with our other ERP
  • Having a modular system is great for companies that want to save money in certain areas without having to purchase the entire system
I think PLEX has a much older UI and I personally have more experience using PLEX than NetSuite ERP however NetSuite ERP has a significant amount of customizations that PLEX does not have which allows for more flexibility

Yes

I gave a 7 here because NetSuite ERP is mostly very easy to use, however when you are trying to develop things sometimes the system can be unforgiving in my experience.
I have never contacted support, our IT department handles that type of communication
NetSuite ERP is great for small processes that are not extremely processing heavy. In my opinion, more complex operations seem to slow the system down quite significantly
