Use Cases and Deployment Scope

With over 9 phone numbers at prior provider at a very high cost per line and an aging phone switch that was no longer supported, something had to be done. Nextiva checked off all of my boxes and done so at an affordable price. The cost savings were tremendous and the added functionality was an added bonus.

Thru the onboarding process, requirements were listed and validated that they could be met with the solution. Some of the functionality does require a bit more buttons that was a single button in the old system. The value add is high based on the cost savings from old system as well as the ease of administration.
