Overall Satisfaction with Nextiva Business Phone Service
We are a small (7 person) office in a financial industry. I wanted to add the service of call recording to our account. I did need to be transferred several times and wait on hold awhile to accomplish my goal but everyone was very helpful and friendly. It was all setup and the process shown and explained to me on the same day. Overall I am satisfied.
