Overall Satisfaction with Nextiva Business Phone Service
Our goal was to transition from Comcast to a cloud-SAAS phone service. With Nextiva we were able to save $1400 per month and provide my staff an easy to use, easy to program, easy to maintain phone system. We have 10 employees all working remote and this enables us to live chat, call, and even video conferencing. No need for Zoom costs any longer. Onboarding and Porting was very easy.
