Overall Satisfaction with Nextiva Business Phone Service

Remote healthcare IT worker here, so I am a frequent user of the mobile app. It's user-friendly and has significantly improved over time. The new NextivaONE app is easy to install and use. Our staff have raved on convenience. Service is reliable and the quality of sound is clear. Round-the-clock customer support is an absolute plus for the health care industry and we can get help when needed. Support representatives take the time to understand and address any issue at hand and I have found the follow-up calls and questions on pre-existing tickets to be helpful when in the midst of putting out multiple fires. Thumbs up to Nextiva Business Phone Service for me!
