Overall Satisfaction with Nextiva Business Phone Service
My business is using two phone numbers for my separate DBAs and I will say, I LOVE their customer service support. They've been so helpful in setting up my VOIP deskphones that I purchased, and setting up my call flows.
The only pending issue is the Message Pro feature is taking too long to get it to work. It's an issue with registry. Hope this gets resolved soon. I would recommend Nextiva to anyone!
