Overall Satisfaction with Nextiva Business Phone Service
Our company uses Nextiva Phone Systems in all the offices, and since its inception, we have been satisfied. There's never any service issue and there has never been static on the phone. The phones must work consistently and without issue. Whenever I needed to call customer service, I did not have to wait to speak with someone. They answered the phone quickly and addressed my issue without complaints.
- The sound is very clear.
- Transferring calls are very simple.
- I was able to set up all the phones myself, and I programmed them with ease.
- They are sleek looking and add nice flair to the office.
- Honestly, I cannot think of anything.
- The phone works very well, and that is an essential part of our business. We really on excellent and clear communication.
