Overall Satisfaction with NICE inContact CXone

NICE inContact CXone is being used company wide. With the current pandemic going on, NICE inContact CXone allows us to work remotely and still be able to provide services needed as well as retaining a lot of useful information for the present and the past.
  • Retains vital customer information.
  • Allows a lot more options that a standard landline.
  • Allows remote work.
  • Cleaner manager dashboard.
  • Customizable pages.
  • Added profiles.
NICE inContact CXone has helped quite indefinitely. It does make reporting and checking agent activity a lot smoother process.
NICE inContact CXone's user interface is helpful although there are a couple spots that I don't fully grasp how to use and would like to see some type of walkthrough to utilize the full benefit of the program.
I do take full advantage of NICE inContact CXone's real-time dashboard aspect and really like how it has a complete breakdown of all departments and all agents.
NICE inContact CXone is definitely is a great phone system for any business! There are a lot of options and programs added to really help any business thrive. As stated previously, NICE inContact CXone does help immensely with being able to work remotely in these difficult times. It also does help retain a lot of useful information.
