Overall Satisfaction with Notarize

We use notarize so that clients can sign legal paperwork for their mortgage
closing documents since our company is 100% online and we do our
closings virtually. In the era of Covid and remote work, softwares like these have become an essential tool.
  • Ability to virtually sign/notarize documents.
  • User friendly platform
  • Ability to email completed documents to all parties right away
  • Sometimes difficult for customers that aren’t tech savvy to navigate
  • 24/7 access
  • Ability to access from a smartphone
  • I use it for 100% of my loan closings so it is essential to our success.
Notarize is nothing like DocuSign but that’s where we started and this is a HUGE step up.

We use Notarize over other softwares because there is a notary available 24/7 so it’s up to the customer when they want to sign their documents and even if it’s after hours for our business, things can get done! As a startup, this kind of support is essential to our success.
