Overall Satisfaction with ON24
We use ON24 for all of our internal and external webinars in North America. This is a main driver of upper funnel leads for our team. Specifically, we showcase both partners and customers on these webinars and talk through hot industry topics, how-to's, product-related information, and more. This is an extremely important program for our team and we're always looking for ways to expand.

- Not very intuitive.
- Lacks options like video while presenting.
We use ON24 with Marketo and SFDC.

When I used GoToWebinar we used to have sound and recording issues all the time. It also was near impossible to do a simu-live presentation. Additionally, we never had a good account rep to help us along the way.
