Overall Satisfaction with ON24

ON24 is used by the marketing department to produce a client/prospect webinar series to drive engagement. The topic is related to a product or current events/market structure. Marketing works with product experts and sales to loosely script the content and create polling questions. Polling results are then used in the media and in follow-up communications.

The emergency support line is always available to help you with live events and support/customer success managers are available for less urgent trouble shooting.

Easier to use, more customizable, more intuitive engagement score.
Well suited for any type of webinar where video is used. I have not used it for a webinar without video of the presenters, but imagine it would work well for that too. Good for any scenario where you want to give a presentation but also have the opportunity to interact with your audience.
