Use Cases and Deployment Scope

ON24 is used as a means of creating virtual events and trainings that need to be deployed quickly. Given the tool's mobile capabilities, it allows us to target individuals who frequently travel and time spent in front of a traditional computer screen and may otherwise be limited.

Need more interactive features particularly around the Test widget and Polling Questions (i.e. different types of questions beyond multiple choice).
Issues pop up from time to time regarding our firewall/ON24 that take quite a while to resolve, which impacts our stakeholders' ability to access the trainings hosted on the platform.
More flexibility around making edits to audio once it is recorded by speakers.

Reliability and Availability

Reliability is extremely important to our organization, and fortunately we have never been impacted by an ON24 outage.

Return on Investment

ON24 has enabled us to produce more events than we have historically been able to create, given its low cost structure and ease of use.

Alternatives Considered

Adobe Connect, WebEx Meetings and Skype

ON24 is a better tool for us given its detailed metrics and ability to be accessible across platforms without the need to download an app or special software.

Likelihood to Recommend

ON24 is well-suited for when we have a training need that needs to be deployed rapidly (i.e. within the next month or so). It is not appropriate for some of our programs that have a longer shelf-life (i.e. 2+ years) given the fact that the content resides outside of our organization's infrastructure.
