Overall Satisfaction with ON24
We use On24 to run webinars across our entire organization, but it is primarily used by Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service. It addresses the business problem of communicating information to large global audiences and engaging both customers and prospects with ideas and product information.

- On24 needs to build a much more mobile-friendly interface.

On24 has been incredibly valuable in light of the quarantines and cancellation of all large in-person events. We had to put our 8,000 person user conference and all other industry events on hold, and pivot to a digital event strategy. We are currently leveraging On24 for a virtual version of our user conference, and have seen an increase in attendance to our sessions and to the conference overall.
I think ON24 is superior to both Webex and Adobe webinar products because, at its price point, it is very customizable, easy to use, and offers great reporting features.
We have been able to integrate On24 with both Salesforce and Eloqua. Both integrations are solid, and we are able to track attendee registration and track customer activity within both systems. We are able to look at account engagement with webinars holistically.

As a marketer, I have found On24 incredibly easy to use and customize. The widget function makes adding and customizing widgets easy, and the widgets add a ton of value to sessions. I have also found customizing the console look-and-feel very easy. I have not tested more advanced customizing features because I am not a developer.

Yes! This morning we realized we had a slide upload error 15 minutes before the start of our webinar. I reached out to On24 support, and they quickly reformatted the PowerPoint file, uploaded it, and the slides were live exactly 1 minute before we had to go live for our webinar. The support was quick, effective, timely, and saved our webinar!
