Overall Satisfaction with ON24

We use On24 to run webinars across our entire organization, but it is primarily used by Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service. It addresses the business problem of communicating information to large global audiences and engaging both customers and prospects with ideas and product information.
  • Branding and customizing the viewer-facing On24 console is very simple.
  • The process of actually building and executing a webinar with On24 is simple.
  • On24 has cool features, like speaker video options, polls, and a wide range of widgets that further enhance the viewer experience.
  • On24 needs to build a much more mobile-friendly interface.
  • The On24 UI is a bit dated and should be updated.
  • On24 helps us drive down our cost per lead.
  • On24 helps us engage prospective and current customers with engaging content.
  • On24 helps us scale our customer training and demo programs.
On24 has been incredibly valuable in light of the quarantines and cancellation of all large in-person events. We had to put our 8,000 person user conference and all other industry events on hold, and pivot to a digital event strategy. We are currently leveraging On24 for a virtual version of our user conference, and have seen an increase in attendance to our sessions and to the conference overall.
I think ON24 is superior to both Webex and Adobe webinar products because, at its price point, it is very customizable, easy to use, and offers great reporting features.
We have been able to integrate On24 with both Salesforce and Eloqua. Both integrations are solid, and we are able to track attendee registration and track customer activity within both systems. We are able to look at account engagement with webinars holistically.

As a marketer, I have found On24 incredibly easy to use and customize. The widget function makes adding and customizing widgets easy, and the widgets add a ton of value to sessions. I have also found customizing the console look-and-feel very easy. I have not tested more advanced customizing features because I am not a developer.
On24 is a great platform for companies that want to start and scale a webinar program. On24 has a variety of use cases, including marketing thought leadership webinars, sales lead generating webinars, customer engagement and training webinars, and on-demand demos.

ON24 and Communications During a Pandemic

As a marketer and power user, I've found On24 very easy to use. Creating sessions, customizing the console, and running sessions is pretty straightforward and simple. I have had presenters run into issues, especially with connecting speaker webcam and screen sharing, but I've been able to help troubleshoot these issues fairly quickly since On24 is a browser-based platform.

On24 is a great tool, but because we've been a long time customer, we're now researching other webinar platforms on the market to ensure we still want to keep On24. However, I anticipate our company renewing our contract.

Yes! This morning we realized we had a slide upload error 15 minutes before the start of our webinar. I reached out to On24 support, and they quickly reformatted the PowerPoint file, uploaded it, and the slides were live exactly 1 minute before we had to go live for our webinar. The support was quick, effective, timely, and saved our webinar!

Using ON24

I personally find the platform easy to use, but other people I know who have worked with it didn't find it as easy to use.

ON24 Reliability

As On24 has gained customers and increased users, I've experienced a few availability issues. Reliability and availability is incredibly important, and overall On24 has been very reliable. I'm hopeful that as their customer base expands, they expand the overall platform bandwidth with this growth. I know they are aware of these issues and have worked to fix them.
