Overall Satisfaction with ON24

ON24 is a nice and easy to use platform for facilitating webinars. At our organization, we use it globally to record a range of educational webinars and house them on our main website to be accessed at any time. We have a large number of professionals presenting webinars for us, both from within our organization and externally, so it's important that it is easy for us to explain to a presenter how to use the platform - we can do this easily with a presenter by walking them through the platform on a Webex call. It's also important to us that multiple people are able to present from a number of locations, which they can also easily do via ON24. For semi-live webinars, ON24 also allows a large amount of the work to be done up upfront i.e. uploading the presentation, part recording of the audio and ability to check through before publishing, this all makes the process of a webinar smoother for us and switching from recording to live mode is also a great advantage as it means we can do a live Q&A after a recording and it will all be available as the same webinar to be used for on-demand purposes.

We have it integrated into our Salesforce campaigns by the event id. From this, we can pull anyone that signs up/attend a webinar into our CRM as a potential lead. We can also embed tracked links and custom forms into the invites and on to the dashboards of individual webinars which also feeds back into your CRM, allowing us to track the interest of attendees or those who have registered.
I have never experienced an outage on ON24 when I have been using it. This would be an issue for us as we set specific times for our webinars within our invitations that would be difficult to change once we have established registrations for a webinar and we would potentially lose attendees.

We have found that it works well for having multiple people in different locations both presenting a webinar, as well as semi/live webinars. We don't recommend having people who want to view the webinar in the room while you're presenting a semi-live webinar as the presenter view doesn't let you view the live environment at the same time, you would have to run 2 simultaneously which can then cause audio delay if you want to switch to live mode for a Q&A or live discussion.
