Overall Satisfaction with ON24
On24 is used by the marketing department to run monthly webinars and group demos. Webinars are one of the main tactics used for new leads and the progression of current leads. On24 ensures that we can run high-quality webinars, using the simu-live feature. This gives the marketing department time back as we can re-use the webinars again.
- Lead generation
- Simu-Live: Allows us to re-use webinars and run webinars over different time zones.
- Audience Questions. It's simple to respond in real time through On24.
- Support: Chat support is excellent and always reply almost instantly.
- Reminder emails design is poor and they come from a do-not-reply.
We never had the integration set up correctly.

- Reliable system: no need to consider changing or adding to new demo times or training.
