Overall Satisfaction with ON24

Used by marketing in conjunction with other teams as presenters (Sales & Funds Teams) to cover a full funnel range of webinars about key topics and products for our business.
  • Great data and analytics on engagement
  • Good touch points options for further engagement
  • Customizable console and experience
  • I think the email customization could be easier.
  • Using a phone bridge is really hit and miss and some of our target audience prefer dialing in.
  • We have had a hard time integrating ON24 with our CRM.
  • Increased lead generation and data capture of new prospective clients.
  • Better understanding of engagement on various topics and insights into potential new ones.
More expensive obviously but much better in terms of the range of features for what we use it for. If it was small meetings or internal, then other platforms are passable but for what we want to achieve it's much better.
We still don't have full functionality on this, we have an overly customized version of Microsoft. Dynamics/ClickDimensions. But we are working towards using Hubspot so hoping to give it another go.

Much better than other platforms for large audiences and has much better options for engagement. It mimics a live event really well (branding, additional resources, etc.) but with better analytics.

ON24 Reliability

There has been one time when we couldn't get through on the hotline while having issues with the phone bridge. Using the chat with these cases isn't as efficient.
