Overall Satisfaction with ON24

The Marketing department is using it for webinars to generate, engage and convert leads.

Pros

  • Simulive, so you can pre-record and broadcast at another time.
  • Include video, so that you can make your presentations more interactive.
  • Great dashboard for attendees, highly customizable and has a lot of features you can add.
  • Shareable links for reporting for partners.

Cons

  • Audience view is a bit dated, difficult to make it look sleep and modern.
  • Uses Flash still instead of HTML5.
Yes, we've had very few outages and support is very responsive.
  • Good tracking of leads for our marketing webinar campaigns.
  • Enables other teams to run their own webinars (product, CX, sales).
Other platforms either don't allow us to replay videos, don't let us do simulive webinars or force attendees to install an additional add-on, program, etc.
Great for webinars, especially if you are doing a lot of webinars with a lot of elements included and/or doing Simulive webinars. It really is the best option all around.
