Overall Satisfaction with ON24

ON24 is being used by all Medicare Sales reps to deliver informational presentations and to influence our members.
  • Reminder and confirmation emails.
  • Intuitive once being used.
  • Easy to replicate previous webinars.
  • I've experienced errors or flaws when copying over content from previous webinars.
  • The hold music when someone logs in to a webcast early.
  • Better ability to tailor look and feel of webcast.
  • Enables us to continue engagement with members.
  • Allows for coordination of virtual events with other vendors.
  • Helps impact the bottom line.
  • Track registration and attendance
  • Enable sales follow-up
ON24 has been an important tool since the start of the pandemic, allowing us to continue being in front of our members although not physically able to be in front of the members.
Our organization has scaled On24 to be used in multiple departments beyond our department, which was the first intent. I believe it would be scalable to fit larger audiences as well. Originally, we were limited to audiences of 100.
Microsoft Teams is more interactive for our organization. I prefer ON24 for its ability to take reservations and send out reminders as well as for its reporting capability.

Do you think ON24 delivers good value for the price?

Not sure

Are you happy with ON24's feature set?

Yes

Did ON24 live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of ON24 go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy ON24 again?

Yes

Well suited for pre-determined webinars. We do not have the license that allows for members to call-in so it's difficult to communicate with members via the Q&A box.

ON24 and Communications During a Pandemic

I feel that once accustomed to using On24 and it's features, it was easy to use. The learning curve for some features took a little while.
  • Customer training

Using ON24

100 - Predominately Sales and Marketing.
I believe we rely on our On24 rep for ongoing support
  • Sales seminars
  • Informational Seminars
  • Creating multi-registration pages
  • We have started using breakout rooms allowing us to interact with audience members after the presentation
  • Delivering targeted content
  • I could see On24 being a replacement for Webex
We are committed to On24 as an organization so it would have to be an organizational decision to move away from On24

Evaluating ON24 and Competitors

Yes - We had previously had access to Webex, however the decision to move away from that happened a few years back. Last year when the pandemic hit, we had to decide quickly on a direction, which ended up being On24
  • Price
  • Product Features
  • Product Usability
  • Product Reputation
Probably Product features
I was not involved but I would imagine they might elicit feedback from other stakeholders

ON24 Implementation

I was not involved but know that it happened quickly
Not sure - I was not involved in the implementation

ON24 Training

  • Online training
  • in-person training
it was within our organization as opposed to On24 people
I think I spent a few hours and that was it as far as training

Configuring ON24

I have no additional requests for configuration
copying over previous webcasts is the way to go. It takes a few seconds to create new webcasts as I'm so accustomed to copying current ones

ON24 Support

Support has been fast and efficient. There was an instance where support couldn't correct the problem, however that was not related to the support itself.
ProsCons
Quick Resolution
Good followup
Knowledgeable team
Kept well informed
No escalation required
Immediate help available
Support understands my problem
Support cares about my success
Quick Initial Response
None
We did not purchase premium support
I wouldn't qualify this as exceptional, however, I had contacted support and found out a colleague in another territory was encountering the same problem. Apparently, they had notified that colleague that they were already looking into the problem for me. I was encouraged by the fact they were already looking into when she had encountered the problem

Using ON24

At first I had to learn how to get going on it, however, I now find it relatively easy to use.
ProsCons
Like to use
Relatively simple
Easy to use
Technical support not required
Well integrated
Consistent
Convenient
Feel confident using
Familiar
None
  • copying over seminars
  • pretty easy for folks to login
  • chatting with co-presenters
  • functions that I have not used such as simulive

ON24 Reliability

When adding webcasts to a multi-presentation, It can take a little while for them to load
It seems to be readily available. There was an incident when we first starting using where there was a server outage during a webcast that was frustrating at the time

Integrating ON24

i was not involved with integration but everything seems to work well
  • breakout sessions
I have not personally been involved in integration
  • not that i can think of
I believe they would
  • Single Signon
not that i'm aware of

Relationship with ON24

I was not involved but it happened quick, which is a good thing
we get the support we need
i believe we initially negotiated a one year contract, which we renewed earlier this year as well as upgraded some available features

Upgrading ON24

Yes - there was no down time that i'm aware of unless it occurred on a weekend
  • we have breakout rooms now, which allow us to interact more with members
  • we are now using On24 in different ways than we originally had anticipated such as open enrollment pages
  • I'm not aware of another upgrade in the works but would anticipate it
