Overall Satisfaction with OneCause

We primarily use the software for our annual dinner auction. This has increased our donations capabilities and has moved us forward in the technology world. Our volunteers are able to use the software behind the scenes easily. We are able to document donors and item donation in a way that allows easy after event follow up and donor appreciation through reporting.

Pros

  • Giving you totals easily, from donations to supporters.
  • Easy to train operationally for your event.
  • Allows multiple users creating an easier way to get more people in your organization involved.

Cons

  • The details page is complicated for those who aren't familiar with graphic design.
  • Not being allowed to have more than one raffle online.
  • Increased amount of attendees at the event.
  • Increased amount in funds raised.
  • Fast easy reporting in real time during the event.
After some tutorials and training, I find the software to be pretty simple to navigate once you know where you find areas that need information.
Every time I have had an issue and called for support, they have been friendly, prompt and extremely helpful. I have also utilized the chat function and have had success there as well. At each of our events, the onsite staff has been prompt, knowledgeable and friendly.

Our organization has benefited from fast easy reporting of supporters, items, and donations. It has allowed multiple administrators to find out where we are at within the event.
