Overall Satisfaction with OneSource Virtual

We utilize OneSource Virtual to process net pay/treasury management, garnishment administration, and payroll tax administration. This collaboration gives my team the control over the end-to-end process we require but relieves us of tasks that are not a value-add to our organization such as printing and distributing payslips. This allows my team to focus on partnering with the organization to continue to drive positive business results.
  • It provides proactive communication about changes or issues that arise.
  • There are minimal issues with printing paper checks/payslips and treasury services.
  • There are no integrations to manage due to the in-tenant model.
  • The garnishment process is extremely clean and efficient.
  • Lots of emails when tickets are submitted

  • We have had time saved due to not having to manage integrations.
  • The garnishments are accurate and processed extremely timely.
  • The balancing is clean and relatively straightforward.
We used another vendor previously for the same exact services and moved to OneSource Virtual due to ongoing service issues. I was unable to get problems answered in a timely manner and there was no escalation path. I no longer have that issue. OneSource Virtual's solution simply works as it should. They're not perfect (no vendor is) but when issues due arise, they take ownership and drive to resolution. I appreciate our partnership and I wish other vendors would take note.
If I ever have an issue, there is a defined escalation path in which issues are resolved quickly. I've never had a customer service issue with OneSource Virtual.
We have a great relationship with OneSource Virtual. We left our previous provider due to numerous service issues. OneSource Virtual has been very proactive in its communication and is very knowledgeable. If mistakes are made, they own up to it and handle it until it is resolved. They do have a ticketing system that some people might not be used to, but we've used an internal ticketing system here for a number of years and it works great. Tickets are kept on file so they can be reviewed if needed, which is very handy. They have been a great partner over the years.
