Overall Satisfaction with OneSource Virtual
OneSource Virtual is our payroll processor. We complete payroll every two weeks and they handle the payment to employees as well as all the tax remittances. Additionally, OneSource Virtual handles quarterly and yearly tax filings with cities, states, and federal.
- Bi-weekly payroll processing is always done on time.
- Quarterly and Yearly reconciliations and company packets are timely
- Customer support is excellent
- I think the tax side of OneSource Virtual could benefit from using POD systems [as] the payroll side does
- I think OneSource Virtual may want to take a look at turnover in the tax side
- I wish the messages in OneSource Virtual Atmosphere were able to be marked "Read"

- OneSource Virtual has absolutely reduced overhead costs as we do not have to deal with the required payroll filings
- OneSource Virtual has improved our administrative process as we do not have to deal with state or federal notices
- OneSource Virtual saves us time because we do not have to process payroll
I have not used or evaluated any other services like OneSource Virtual.
