Overall Satisfaction with Outreach

I am not too knowledgeable when it comes to everything with Outreach, but it seems like it is very easy to set up drips and manage them.
Outreach is being used as a whole across our organization, however, each department uses it a little differently. In my department of SMB Growth Sales, I use it to track emails to clients. In the smaller sales departments, they use it to set up drip campaigns since they have a large customer base.

I think it's well suited for sales organizations and departments with large customer bases that need little interaction or engagement. I think it's less appropriate when used in sales departments that have very large customers that need high engagement and more tailored emails and responses.
