Overall Satisfaction with PandaDoc
PandaDoc is useful to my company in many ways. One way is that it allows me to connect with the parents of students I service without having to meet face to face. I can get all documents I need to be signed done within a timely matter without the hassle of having to annoy parents with daily phone calls.
- Pricing is reasonable.
- Fast answers to questions.
- It's easy to use.
- It does take some time to set up the formatting for the documents, but the Support team is great to assist with that.
- Sometimes, depending on the email server, the automated email sent by PandaDocs gets sent into the partner's junk mail.
It is very helpful to be able to sign documents straight from your mobile phone. It allows customers the flexibility of not having to log in to a computer, they can just sign right from their phone.
