Overall Satisfaction with PandaDoc
We use PandaDoc within our HR department to send out documents such as certificates of employment, training agreements, and employment contracts that need the signatures of employees who are working from home. While we have our own portal which we can use at the office or with VPN, this cannot be accessed by employees off-site which is why we needed to source for vendors such as PandaDoc.

- Easy report generation.
- Templates editing can be simplified.
- No auto-rename and auto-archive function.
- Pricing suddenly changed which caused us to look for an alternative platform.
- Time saved creating documents.
- Time saved sending out documents.
- Access to status report of documents that we sent out enabling us to follow-up.
We used PandaDoc mostly for employment contracts and were able to benefit from the eSignature capabilities. Due to the pandemic, we needed to adapt to work-from-home set-up and contract signing became a challenge. Having used PandaDoc, we were able to automate the creation of documents, sending out, and recipient signing.

We initially chose PandaDoc because it could do the basic things we needed to accomplish given the short amount of time we needed to search for a provider. Its price was the biggest factor, beating other competitors; however, with the sudden change in price, we needed to look for another platform.
